Ingredients:
Mint leaves - 15 to 25 leaves, (without stem)
Lime juice - 2 and a half tablespoon
Water - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 to 4 tablespoon (according to the requirement)
Ginger piece - a small
Salt - a small pinch
Ice cubes as needed
Preparation:
> Wash mint leaves well.
> In a blender, add the washed mint leaves, lime juice, ginger piece, sugar, salt and a half cup water and blend.
> Then add the remaining water and blend well.
> Transfer to a serving glass and add ice cubes
> Mint lime juice is ready to serve
