Tender coconut milkshake / elaneer milkshake



Ingredient:


Tender coconut pulp slices    - 1/2 cup

Tender coconut water            - 1/2 cup

Milk                                       - 1 cup (chilled)

Cardamom powder                - one small pinch

Sugar                                     - 1 to 2 tablespoon





Preparation:


> In a blender, blend tender coconut pulp slices and sugar, until it become smooth

> Add coconut water, chilled milk, cardamom powder into the above mixture and blend well

> Tender coconut milkshake is ready to serve. Serve it chilled
