Ingredients:
Carrots - 3 medium sized (peeled and chopped)
Oranges - 2 medium sized (peeled and removed pith)
Ginger - 1 inch piece (peeled and chopped)
Sugar to taste
Preparation:
> In a blender, blend carrots, oranges, and giner and blend well and sieve the same and take the juice and serve cool with ice cubes.
