Dry fruit milkshake recipe




Ingredients:


Cashew nuts                   - 1/4 cup

Almonds / Badam          - 1/4 cup

Raisins / Kismis             - 1/4 cup

Unsalted pistachios        - 1/4 cup

Dates                              - 8 (chopped)

Saffron                           - 1 pinch (optional)\

Milk                               - 2.5 cups

Sugar as required

Ice cubes

A few dry fruits chopped for garnishing




Preparation:


> If you wish to soak the dry fruits before blending, you can.  Otherwise also we can directly blend the dried fruits.

> First rinse all the dry fruits and put in the blender and add 1/2 cup milk and blend to a smooth paste.

> Then add the remaining milk and add sugar if you want and blend again

> Pour in a glass, add ice cubes and garnish with chopped dries fruits

> Dry fruit milkshake is ready to serve
