Soya chunks are also known as vegetarian meat. This
is because of its protein content. Soya chunks are made from defatted soy
flour, a by-product of extracting soybean oil. This is easily available and
easy to cook food item. We can prepare
many dishes using soy chunks like soy chunks curry, roast etc., and also can be
used in pulao or biriyani.
Today, as these are the days of lent, I prepared a soy chunk roast and wish to

Notes:
Ø If you love the taste of
tomato, you can add tomato too after the onion turns soft
Ø If you can adjust the
spiciness according to your taste
Ø If you need gravy,
switch off the furnace when the curry reaches the consistency of gravy
Ø If you wish to do it as
a dried roast, spent some more time to become dried roast
I am sure that you
will love the taste of soya chunks roast.
It will look exactly like the beef roast… so enjoy eating…
