Onion raita or onion
salad or salad is very simple to prepare and tasty too… This side dish is used
with pulao or biriyani or chappathi…. Here I am introducing the basic and easy
preparation of onion raita…
Ingredients:
1.
Onion -------------------------------------
1 big sized
2.
Curd
--------------------------------------- 1 cup
3.
Salt
----------------------------------------- to taste
4.
Coriander leaves
----------------------- for seasoning
Preparation:
1.
Cut the onion lengthwise or in small
square shape
2.
Put salt into the chopped onion and
mix well with fingers and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes
3.
Add curd to the onion mix and mix
well
4.
Season the onion raita
with coriander leaves
5.
Onion raita
is ready to serve
