Ragi dosa / finger millet dosa / panjappullu dosa recipe

Ingredients:


Ragi                              - 1 cup

Uzhunnu/ urud dal       - 1/3 cup

Fenugreek seeds/ uluva - 1 tablespoon

Salt to taste

Water as required


Preparation:


> Wash and soak ragi, urud dal and fenugreek seeds for minimum 2 hours

> Grind the ingredinets into dosa batter consistency and keep it for fermentation for atleast 8 hours

> After 8 hours add required amount of salt and mix well and prepare dosa in a tawa or a pan

> Healthy ragi dosa is ready to serve along with chutney or sambar (apply ghee or sesame oil for more taste)
