Ragi milkshake recipe




Ingredients:


Ragi flour                - 3 teaspoons

Milk                        - 1 cup

Banana                    - 1 number

Cashew nuts           -3 -4

Almonds                - 3-4 

Sugar to taste



Preparation:


> Roast ragi flour in a  medium to low flame for 5 minutes

> Add water to it and allow it to boil and make a thick paste, while boiling add sugar, cashew nuts (sliced) and almonds (sliced)

> Allow the mix to cool and then add cool or luke warm milk into the mixture and stir well; make sure there are no lumps.  

> Refrigerate it and before serving add sliced bananas into it

> Ragi milkshake is ready to serve.

Guava Milkshake recipe




Ingredients:


Guava fruit             - 1 cup (chopped)

Milk                        - 1.5 cups (boiled and cooled)

Cardamom powder - a pinch (optional)

Sugar to taste

Ice cubes to serve




Preparation:


> In a blender, add chopped guava, milk, cardamom powser, sugar and blend until very smooth . Then add ice cubes and blend it again for some more seconds. Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with chopped guava fruit and serve immediately..


Hope you enjoyed the milkshake.  It is very simple and easy to prepare milkshake.  Cardamom powder is optional, if you do not love the taste, just skip that ingredient from the recipe :-)

Jackfruit Milkshake Recipe


Ingredients:


Milk               - 2 cups

Jack Fruit       - 1.5 cups (chopped)

Sugar to taste

Cardamom powder - a big pinch (optional)

Ice cubes



Preparation:


> In a blender, add the chopped jack fruit, sugar, cardamom powder (optional) and milk and blend it until very smooth.  Then add the ice cubes and blend for some more seconds. Pour the milk shake into a glass and garnish with finely chopped jack fruit and serve immediately.


This milkshake is a seasonal one, to cool down during summer hot.  My kids won't love, if i add cardamom powder.  So suggest to add cardamom powder only if you love the taste. Otherwise don't add it.
