Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cups
Banana - 1 (cut in half)
Sugar - 1/4 cup (or as per your requirement)
Ice cubes
Preparation:
> In a blender, blend milk (boiled and cooled), banana halves and sugar together until it becomes smooth.
> Pour in a glass, put ice cubes.
> Banana milkshake is ready to serve.

Cardamom powder - a pinch (optional)
Sugar to taste
Ice cubes to serve
Preparation:
> In a blender, add chopped guava, milk, cardamom powser, sugar and blend until very smooth . Then add ice cubes and blend it again for some more seconds. Pour the milkshake into a glass and garnish with chopped guava fruit and serve immediately..
